A new popcorn shop has opened in Lancaster, Ohio, offering a huge variety of flavors that are anything but ordinary.
Jennifer and Lewis Shuman opened Crazy 4 Popcorn in early December, 2016, and are enticing customers with the delicious aroma of popcorn that comes in flavors like pizza, honey mustard, dill pickle, and green apple, along with flavors that seem a little more traditional, such as vanilla butternut and caramel. Old-fashioned unsalted popcorn is available, along with the traditional buttered flavor. Customers are invited to sample the popcorn before deciding which flavor to buy, if they care to do so.

Jennifer Shuman says she remembers making caramel corn and popcorn balls with her grandmother during the holidays, and in addition, she has worked in a gourmet popcorn store. With that background, the idea of opening her own shop seemed natural, especially as there wasn't such a store in Lancaster.

She says she's had an overwhelming response thus far from customers of all ages, who love the popcorn. Children and younger people gravitate toward the more unusual flavors while older people seem to enjoy more traditional tastes. However, everyone agrees that the popcorn is delicious and no longer just to be enjoyed at the movies.
