Lancaster has fun raising funds

A fundraising competition is to be held in Lancaster this September.

The Pedal Mario Kart Banana Foster Cup will allow participants to engage in tier-style pedal-powered Mario Kart races.

There will be limited entry spots available to competitors. The races feature mystery Boxes, which contain surprise advantages for their winner.

The family-friendly event is suited for all ages, with pedal karts accommodating up to 250 lbs. Racers aged 15 and above can compete in the tournament, while free-ride rounds cater to all ages. Safety waivers are mandatory for all participants.

The aim is to unite gaming enthusiasts and racers while supporting children in foster care through the non-profit organization. Attendees can enjoy a day of pedal-powered fun, friendly competition, and charity, contributing to the cause while enjoying the unique experience.

General admission proceeds and race entry fees contribute to charity. The event also offers the chance to purchase a blanket kit to craft a personalized blanket for a child in the foster care system. Further information is available on the event’s listing on the AllEvents website.

Flyer printing can be a helpful tool when raising awareness about events such as this one.

This event will take place on September 2nd at the Fairfield Fairground. This is located at 157 East Fair Avenue, Lancaster, Ohio. It begins at 1pm and ends at 4pm.
