Boardman to host themed cookie decorating class

The Something Sweet Cookie Co. will hold a cookie decorating class in May at Pop! Art Books Culture in Boardman.

The May the 4th Sugar Cookie Decorating Class is an activity where people can learn how to work with icing by creating cookie versions of popular Star Wars characters, such as Darth Vader and Chewbacca. The cost of the course will include six character designs, and all materials will be provided for the workshop. The baking and cookie cutting for the course will be done by the instructor in advance. The lesson will last for two hours.

The Something Sweet Cookie Co. is a business founded by Jenn Drohan. Many events are organized by the company, such as the Mother’s Day Cookie Class and the Swiftie In-Home Cookie Class. Drohan can make iced sugar cookies for occasions like birthdays, bridal showers, and graduations. Local small businesses can partner with the cookie company to display Drohan’s cookies in their storefronts. People may also pay to host cookie courses in offices or event spaces.

The themed decorating course will be held on Saturday, May 4th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The cost to participate in the workshop is $65, though discounts are available to those who use the promo code DEATHSTAR. No refunds will be given for the lesson. Businesses that create similar activities to this may use Print shops to make custom Flyers for their programs.
