The Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County will be holding a discussion at its Boardman branch about home inspection in March.
The Home Inspection program is an event presented by KEL Home Inspection that gives attendees important advice on what people should be looking for when purchasing a new home or evaluating their current house. The presentation will go over the five major components of every home and tell guests how to know if the inspection of a house was done properly. Libraries offering informative lectures for patrons like this may use poster printing to promote the lesson to more visitors.
KEL Home Inspection is a business that was established in 1994 by Linus Orr, an ASHI certified inspector. Orr is a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and the current Vice President of the Premiere Business Builders Chapter of the Business Network International. The services provided by his company include inspecting defects in basements, roof structures, foundations, and water heaters. The business also offers radon testing and uses the Radalink Air Cat Radon Test Monitor.
The lesson on home inspection will take place on Thursday, March 10 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm and will be held in the library’s Large Meeting Room. Both teens and adults can attend Orr’s presentation. The activity is free, though registration is mandatory for all patrons.
