Wine and charcuterie to combine for good time in Hicksville

Hicksville residents with a taste for the finer things in life will want to make a note in their Calendars, as a charcuterie class will soon combine with a wine-tasting session.

The Charcuterie and Sips workshop, featuring Belle en Bleu Charcuterie, is set to open registration and welcome interested parties in Hicksville to a guided learning and crafting session. Attendees will get to learn the skills necessary to craft a custom charcuterie board for their next family get-together or dinner party.

The welcoming atmosphere is open to friends and family who wish to join in the hands-on learning experience. Each participant will leave with a 12-inch palm leaf board that is both functional and decorative. Brochure printing can be an easy way for organizers to provide instructions and in-depth information to allow students to retain more and continue learning at home.

All students will also receive a complimentary glass of wine from one of the host venue’s pairings for the evening. The instructor will show guests how to cut, fold, style, and pair different meats, cheeses, nuts, and fruit. Additional portions of wine will be available for purchase through wineUdesign for interested parties.

The workshop will be held at 156 Engineers Drive in Hicksville, and is scheduled for Friday, November 7, starting at 6:45 PM. Tickets can be reserved online for $65 per attendee.
