Food enthusiasts who want to learn how to make their own cheese are in luck, as a Hicksville restaurant has announced an upcoming class and dinner experience.
The Fresh Mozzarella Making Class and Dinner Experience, which is being organized by Patrizia’s of Hicksville, has announced an official date and opened online registration to interested individuals within the community. Registered guests will get to learn how to make their own mozzarella through a hands-on workshop with step-by-step guidance.
It is expected to be one of the most unique culinary experiences on Long Island this summer. Each guest will make and take home their own fresh ball of mozzarella. A meal prepared by the Italian restaurant hosting the workshop will follow the learning session. Printing services can help event organizers support the learning experience by providing high-quality instructional documents that registered guests can take home to continue practicing.
The meal will feature options like fresh mozzarella with tomato caprese, burrata with hot honey, prosciutto rottalini, and white or red wine. Spots are limited and are expected to fill quickly. No previous experience is necessary, making it ideal for beginners and Hicksville residents planning a date night.
The host venue is located at 1040 South Broadway in Hicksville. The workshop is set to open its doors at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, July 15th. Registration is $100 plus gratuity per person.
