Taking place next week, The Bridal Planner Group, Inc. has put together a one-stop shop of all the items and services people might need for a wedding in the form of the Long Island Bridal Extravaganza.
Brides-to-be in Hicksville will have a local opportunity to take a look at more than 80 different vendors offering wedding-related services and sample some choice wares.
Guests will have the opportunity to try on wedding dresses, as well as tuxedos. There will be performances by bands and DJs so attendees can hear different styles of music and decide what might fit their event best.
Food and cake sampling opportunities will make up part of the day, and will also be limousine drivers, wedding photographers, and other service providers on hand as well.
Organizers for this event may reach out to printing companies to create informational Brochures that they can hand out to attendees. Brochures like these can provide the guests with some information about the different vendors, as well as a map to help them navigate the event floor.
The Bridal Extravaganza will be held at the Hilton hotel in Melville, New York. There is a $5 admission fee, but attendees can register prior to the event to enter free of charge. It takes place on Monday, September 15, and runs from 6:30 pm until 9:00 pm.Get a Free Quote for Brochures
