Eternal Con, Long Island's version of the famous Comic Con, will be returning this month
The two-day long event will be hosted at the Reckson Center in the Cradle of Aviation Museum. Guests will have the opportunity to meet celebrities like Steve Cardenas, who played the Red Power Ranger, WWE Hall of Fame wrestler Mick Foley, and Rebecca Mader, who is now one of the main villains on Once Upon A Time. Other celebrities from the world of comic Books, television, and film will be on hand as well.
The event floor will feature more than 200 vendor tables where guests can find toys and collectibles related to comic Books, some of them in the vintage range and others that are much newer. There will also be special events and performances throughout the weekend. One of the most noticeable will be the Cosplay Parade, which kicks off the con and runs from 9:00 am until 10:00 am that Saturday morning.
Organizers and promoters for this event might want to contact printing companies that can create advertising materials for them. Putting up Posters or handing out fliers in towns like Hicksville or Hempstead, which are located near Garden City (the home of the Cradle of Aviation Museum), would be one way to draw in more attendees.
Eternal Con begins on Saturday, June 14, at 9:00 am with the Cosplay Parade and runs until 7:00 pm that night. It then returns the next day, running from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.
