Renovations planned for residential units in Las Vegas

A multifamily property with 28 units in the Historic Commercial Center District of Las Vegas has been purchased by Camino Verde Group. The property will be renamed Camino 2556.

Camino 2556 is composed of four garden-style buildings that sit in 0.68 acres of land. There are units with one, two, and three bedrooms and large closets and kitchens. Camino Verde plans to spend $300,000 in improvements to the interior and exterior of the property. There is a shared border with Camino 2575, which is another property owned by Camino Verde.

Brochure printing can be used to provide more details about such properties and their amenities.

Co-founder of Camino Verde Group, Mike Ballard, said the two properties are well situated, as they are close to the north end of the Las Vegas Strip and the Las Vegas Convention Center, offering an ideal affordable housing environment for the area’s workforce as there continues to be such shortages in the area.

He added that the Las Vegas Convention Center is undergoing a multimillion dollar expansion and there is construction on three other properties nearby—the MSG Sphere, the Drew, and Resorts World—which will add over 20,000 jobs to the community. He said these are all within walking distance of these two properties.

The property is also located near major public transportation, affording easy access for residents to the city.
