A convention that will give companies in the clean energy sector a chance to meet their peers is scheduled in Las Vegas.
RE+ started as Solar Power International (SPI) but have evolved, bringing leaders in the renewable energy industry together for several days of networking and programming that also indicated how resilient the industry is. The RE+ show includes educational content as well as business opportunities in several energy sectors such as wind energy, EV infrastructure and charging, Microgrids, hydrogen, energy storage, and solar.
Two other clean energy organizations, the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) and the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), developed RE+, which provides an entrepreneurial approach to evaluating best practices in the industry as the industry continues to change. RE+ is set apart from other events in the industry because all proceeds go to support the advisory, advocacy, and educational efforts.
The Las Vegas event includes workshops and lectures, keynote speakers, and special events including a golf tournament, a 5K run, yoga, and trips to Hoover Dam. The lectures include subjects such as a tech and innovation deep drive into “Drone -based Luminescenced Data in Solar Farms—Unique Insights into Performance Limiting Defects and Degradation,” and a session on hydrogen mobility.
RE+ 26 is set for November 16 through 19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Events like this are perfect for attendees to exchange Business Cards with peers and gather them from exhibitors and presenters.
