A grand opening of Grandview, the newest community of Century Communities, Inc., was recently held in Las Vegas, with special tours of the homes, refreshments, and prizes awarded.
Grandview is in the southwest area of Las Vegas, between the city of Las Vegas to its east and of Red Rock Canyon National Park to the west. Other nearby amenities include several employment centers, a wide selection of shopping and dining choices, and the entertainment and cultural options of the Las Vegas region.
The community consists of two-story single-family homes with four different floor plans, offering three to five bedrooms and ranging in size from 1,735 to 2,605 square feet. Special features of the homes include ceilings reaching nine feet high, quartz kitchen countertops, a master bath with a luxury shower, and paver walkways. It is also close to several major highways, McCarran Airport, the Silverton Hotel and Casino, and the Las Vegas Strip.
