New homes offered in Las Vegas

Grand openings of five new residential communities from Richmond American Homes of Nevada, Inc. are about to take place.

There will be new model homes attendees can tour, family-friendly entertainment and food, and chances to receive a special giveaway prize.

Three of the communities are in the Las Vegas area, including Rockland Ridge in southwest Las Vegas. These are two-story homes ranging from three to five bedrooms and going up to 2,600 square feet in size. The Rhodes Ranch Town Center is close by for dining and shopping options, as well as many outdoor recreational facilities.

Bellamont is in north Las Vegas and offers ranch-style homes of up to 2,150 square feet in size. Many restaurants, shops, and parks are within walking distance. Shadow Creek Golf Course and Nellis Air Force Base are also close by.

Lastly, Brescia Bay is also in north Las Vegas, offering ranch-style homes measuring up to 2,600 square feet. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as is Sandstone Ridge Park with its playgrounds, picnic shelters, and lighted sports fields.

All of these homes have many designer details and opportunities to personalize the home. Brochure printing can be used for such grand openings so that attendees can have more details about the options.
