Circa Las Vegas, an adult-only hotel, has been opened in downtown Las Vegas.
The resort spans 1.25 million square feet and will have the longest indoor bar in the state, as well as the longest escalator in Las Vegas. Other features include six levels of swimming pools on the rooftop to be known as Stadium Swim, cabanas, lounges, swim-up bars, air-conditioned luxury boxes and many restaurants.
Heaters and an advanced filtration system will provide temperatures of over 100°F in the pools even during the winter months. There will be a large outdoor screen to show multiple sports games at a time, and concerts. Flyer printing is often used to provide more details about features and amenities at such hotels.
Derek Stevens, co-owner of the hotel, said he expects more than 4,000 people a day at Stadium Swim. He added that this will be more than a resort hotel and will become an attraction that will make it a worthwhile trip to venture downtown.
The view along the south end of the hotel will offer sky, sun, and views of the Fremont Street Experience mall, flanked by the upper stories of the Golden Nugget, Four Queens, and Plaza hotels.
Although many of the hotel’s amenities are open, much of the resort is still under construction. Its 777 rooms and suites are expected to open at the end of next month.
