An upcoming conference in Las Vegas promises to be mouthwatering.
The 2024 Winter Fancy Food Show brings thousands of professionals in the specialty food industry from around the world together. For three days, these experts will share insights into their industry, learn about the latest innovations, and have a chance to explore business opportunities.
The conference will include an educational component, as well as a show floor. Industry leaders will discuss the latest innovations and trends in the specialty food business. Programs on the Main Stage are designed to bring everyone attending the conference together to discuss industry-wide trends.
On the Big Idea Stage, topics are more precise. Talks will include “Today’s Specialty Food Consumer: SFA Research Spotlight,” given by David Lockwood, owner of Lockwood Consulting, who will discuss consumer behavioral trends and their impact on the specialty food industry.
Visitors to the Show Floor will see innovative and bestselling food items, as well as having the opportunity to do what foodies love best—tasting samples. To make it easier for visitors, exhibits are arranged by product so specific foods are easy to find.
The 2024 Winter Fancy Food Show is scheduled for January 21, from 10.00am until 4.00pm, January 22, from 10.00am until 4.00pm, and January 23, from 10.00am until 3.00pm. Key buyers will enjoy early access at 9.30am. Organizers have said they will provide a map of the venue, which they can create using flyer printing.
