A conference designed for people who keep things secure is set for Las Vegas.

The International Fastener Expo 2024 is North America’s largest B2B conference for machinery, tooling, and fasteners. The event features workshops, special events, and other sessions that provide insights into the current state of the industry. Exhibitors will be showing fasteners for many industries including automotive, electrical, military, aerospace, and construction. Among the types of fasteners and products available will be hand tools, electronic fasteners, and more.

Most conferences of this type offer breakout sessions devoted to exploring ideas and products in detail, and the Fastener Expo does the same. One of the planned workshops is “Fastener Basics and Beyond,” which is a full-day session. The workshop will consider some of the practical concerns of fasteners industry professionals, such as how to respond to questions from technicians and engineers. Attendees will learn about subjects such as heat treatment, and how to prevent and protect against corrosion.

Special events include networking sessions, where conference attendees can meet and chat with colleagues, and the first-ever Fastener Industry Marketing Workshop, led by Rosa Hearn and Hali Gibson. The workshop provides an in-depth look at essential marketing techniques such as building a unique brand identity, and setting priorities for marketing efforts.
