A major event for the food industry is coming to Las Vegas.
The International Baking Industry 2025 Expo is coming to the Las Vegas Convention Center for four days. The event is the largest gathering in the Western Hemisphere for people in the grain-based food sector. Attendees will have the chance to learn about the latest innovations and trends in the industry, meet and network with colleagues, and speak with top business and baking professionals.
Demonstrations will be part of the event, which will be fun for everyone. There are twelve separate tracks planned, each with numerous sessions included. Among the tracks are “Cake/Cookie Decorating and Pastry,” comprising 35 separate classes such as “Cake by the Ocean,” where bakers will learn how to make cakes with an ocean theme. Other tracks are “Workforce Development” and “Sales and Marketing Strategies.”
Subjects go beyond baking techniques to discussions of the industry itself and the issues it faces. These include cyber security, food safety, baking innovations and techniques, and many more. In addition, almost 1,000 leading suppliers and manufacturers from around the world will be attending with an array of resources and products. These include sanitation equipment, refrigeration systems, ingredients, baking supplies, production equipment, and much more.
The Baking Industry Expo is scheduled for September 14 – 17 and welcomes both wholesale and retail bakers. Organizers expect over 23,000 attendees, who will have the perfect opportunity to collect Business Cards from attending experts.
