The American Advertising Awards gala is taking place this month in Las Vegas. It is presented by the American Advertising Federation Las Vegas.
This is an award show for local advertising and marketing; winners will go on to compete in the regional and then the national American Advertising Awards.
Among the awards they compete for are online/interactive campaign, TV commercial, outdoor and transit advertising, banner ad, brochure, Direct Mail, and marketing. There are also People’s Choice and Best of Show categories.
The event will start off with a cocktail hour where guests will be treated to hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Entertainment will be provided by Lon Bronson, which will be followed by the awards presentations. An after-party is also set to take place.
Sponsorships are available from $500 up to $10,000. Sponsors will receive advertisements in ADDY Magazine and will be recognized through event signage and table toppers. They will also have the opportunity to hand out promotional Flyers.
Las Vegas Stationery printing firms are often asked to provide items such as Flyers for advertising.
The American Advertising Awards gala will be held at the Smith Center this evening, March 17, beginning at 5:30 PM. Tickets are $75 for American Advertising Federation members and $85 for nonmembers, or student tickets can be purchased for $55. This event is restricted to those aged 21 and over.
