A trade show for professionals in education is scheduled for Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The Innovative Schools Summit - Las Vegas 2024 will bring practicing educators together with innovators and consultants who are having success using research-based methods and best practices in education. The conference will allow administrators, teachers, counselors, and others in the field to meet and learn new strategies and insights into how to reach and teach students in grades PK through 12.
Summit attendees will also hear from a wide group of colleagues and experts who will offer key insights into developments in the field. They will also be able to access four different conferences on education: the At-Risk & Struggling Students Conference; the School Climate & Culture Forum; an Innovative Teaching Strategies Conference; and the Wire-Differently/Trauma-Informed Schools Conference. The conferences give attendees the chance to earn as many as 27 contact hours.
Exhibitors will also be on hand with services and products applicable directly to those who will be at the show including teachers, school administrators, counselors, and others involved professionally in education. Events such as this also provide outstanding networking opportunities for educators to meet like-minded individuals.
A number of speakers are scheduled including Dr. Temple Grandin, who is an animal behaviorist, author, and academic. She is also autistic and has been the subject of several films including “Temple Grandin” on HBO.
The conference is scheduled for July 8-12. Organizers of conferences like this often work with Print shops to create course materials.
