Disney actress/singer coming to Las Vegas

A multi-talented young artist will appear soon in Las Vegas.

Olivia Rodrigo, a Murietta, California, native who grew up in nearby Temecula, will appear in Las Vegas, where she will perform at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as she brings her Sour Tour to “Sin City.” When Rodrigo was in kindergarten she started taking voice lessons, adding piano soon after that. She began studying acting and singing at the age of six, when she also started appearing on stage in her school plays. She learned guitar and was playing the instrument by the age of 12.

Her parents loved listening to bands like Pearl Jam and No Doubt, which had an influence on Rodrigo. She became interested in writing her own songs after listening to Taylor Swift and her country stylings. Rodrigo relocated to Los Angeles after she won a role in “Bizaardvark.”

The show was broadcast on the Disney Channel, and Rodrigo was soon involved in another Disney production, “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series,” which was shown on Disney+. At about the same time, she was making her mark on the music industry, and released her smash hit “Driver’s License” in 2021.
