Mortgage lender to give home buyers workshop in Hamilton

Pinky Shah will be organizing a workshop in January for home buyers at the Hamilton Township Library.

Home Buyer's Workshop: How to Buy in Today's Market is a program where guests can hear from a panel of real estate experts and learn the basics of real estate. The featured speakers will include professionals such as Ruth Boda from Simplicity Tile and Leena Patel from ESQ Attorney at Law. Many topics will be covered by the panel, like how to avoid common mistakes in real estate and increase the chances of a home offer being accepted.

The organizer, Pinky Shah, is the leader of the Pinky Shah Mortgage Team and part of the Fairway Mortgage Corporation. Pinky’s team consists of Kristi Johns, Nancy Alborea, and Eileen Lesniak. The Fairway Mortgage Corporation was founded by Steve Jacobson during the 1990s to provide people with personalized loan services and is licensed throughout the United States. The headquarters of the company can be found in Madison, Wisconsin and Carrolton, Texas.

The workshop for home buyers will be held on Wednesday, January 18 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Registration for Shay’s program is free, and those who register for the event will have a chance to win a Google Chromebook. All registrations must be completed by January 16.
