The mayor of the Robbinsville Township will give a speech in May at The Stone Terrace by John Henry’s in Hamilton.
The 2024 State of Robbinsville Township Address is an event where people can learn about the community while supporting a good cause. Each year, the organizers choose a Pay It Forward recipient to become the subject of the event’s fundraiser. The chosen nonprofit for this year’s address is Robbinsville Meals on Wheels, a group that was created in 1995 by Josephine Parr to provide meals to homebound residents. The organization has delivered over 100,000 meals since its creation.
Companies that want to attend the speech and help Robbinsville Meals on Wheels may sponsor the event. There are several tiers for the event that range from $350 to $25,000. Those who pay $2,500 to become a Township Partner can get their logos on the event’s sponsor board and be featured on the banner at the venue. Business owners who pay at least $5,000 will be verbally recognized in the mayor’s speech.
The mayor’s speech about Robbinsville Township will take place on Tuesday, May 14th at 6:30 pm. Individual tickets to the address will cost guests $125, and people may book a table of ten for $1,000. All attendees should register for the program by May 3rd. Organizations that hold gatherings similar to this may use flyer printing to advertise these events in advance.
