Those interested in learning or renewing their Basic Life Support (BLS) skills can attend a course at the Hamilton Area YMCA.
The Community Wellness Program from Penn Medicine Princeton Health will be organizing two classes that go over BLS practices. People who do not have a course completion card can participate in the BLS Provider Course, which teaches attendees about automated external defibrillation and CPR. A written exam and skills test will be held during the lesson. The BLS Renewal Course is the second class offered for those who have already earned a course completion card.
