Killarney’s Publick House in Hamilton will host its annual chowder festival in October.
Killarney’s Annual Chowder Fest is a food-themed experience where people can enjoy special rates on the pub’s chowder while listening to live musical performances. Crocs of homemade chowder will be available to purchase, and guests can also pay for unlimited soup. The event will feature beverages from Spellbound Brewing, and attendees may win a gift certificate to the brewery’s tasting room in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
The music entertainment for the chowder festival will be provided by four different performers throughout the event. Guests can listen to DJ performances by DJ Dan Murphy and DJ Bay. The singers playing at the fest include Mark Sacco and Electric Stingray. Sacco is a drummer from Trenton, New Jersey who has played with groups such as the Ernie White Band and Walk The Talk. Electric Stingray is a four-man cover band that has been playing throughout Central New Jersey since 2013.
The annual chowder fest will be held on October 5th. The live entertainment will begin at 1:00 pm, and the chowder sales start at 3:00 pm. A croc of chowder will cost $6, and the price of unlimited chowder is $15. No registration is needed to attend Killarney’s food festival. Pubs that host events such as this can get more adults interested in their fests with flyer printing.
