The Community Impact Alliance will hold a spring market in March at the RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center in Hamilton.
The Community Impact Alliance Spring Craft & Vendor Market is a fundraising event where merchants can support a local hospital while showcasing their goods to the community. The main goal of the market is to help women and kids in need in the Mercer County area. Only one representative per direct sales company can have a stall at the event. Those who register for the marketplace will receive a table, and all registrations will be given on a first come, first served basis.
The Community Impact Alliance is a non-profit group that was originally known as the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton Auxiliary. The organization's main goal is to improve the quality of healthcare for patients at the hospital through fundraisers and advocacy efforts. The money earned through the group has previously helped with projects like the Lakefront Patient Tower. The current president of the non-profit is Lindsay Jenkins.
The market will be on Saturday, March 25 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The cost to register for the event is $45 per vendor. The registration fees will be treated as donations to the Community Impact Alliance and cannot be refunded. Vendors must finish setting up their areas by 8:45 am. Non-profits that hold markets like this may use flyer printing to get more local businesses interested in attending their events.
