The Stone Terrace by John Henry’s will be hosting a gala in Hamilton this September to support the Teal Tea Foundation.
The Teal Tea Annual Gala is a charitable event held to raise funds for the Teal Tea Foundation, which helps the non-profit group support research for cures and increase public awareness of the disease. The gala will include a sit-down luncheon that will honor the memory of founder Jean Shipos. Guests can listen to music performed by George Winston while also participating in basket raffles. A cash bar will also be featured at the event. Galas like this can use banner printing to display the names of their sponsors.
The proceeds earned from the gala will assist the organization in funding their endeavors, such as their Shari Widmayer event and other awareness initiatives throughout the year. The group also raises money for the Give Women A Lift program, which helps provide women suffering from issues like ovarian cancer with transportation from their home to the doctor’s office or hospital. The program has already helped hundreds of women who deal with financial hardships.
The Teal Tea Annual Gala will be held on Sunday, September 27 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Those interested in the gala can buy tickets at an early bird discount of $65 until September 15. Tables for 10 guests are also discounted, costing $650 until September 15. Raffle bundles start at $50.
