The New Jersey Small Business Development Center will celebrate Juneteenth with a marketplace in Hamilton for Black-owned companies.
The 2024 Juneteenth Black Business Marketplace is an event where people can support local business owners while enjoying live music and free samples. The expo will be held inside the RWJ Hamilton Center for Health & Wellness. A live DJ will provide entertainment at the center, and there will be prizes given out during the event. Vendors interested in participating in the Juneteenth expo can pay $35 for a table. Only one table will be given to each business.
Those interested in supporting the marketplace while promoting their brands can sponsor the expo. Companies can pay $250 to be a Bag Sponsor, which lets them add a branded item to the event’s giveaway Bags. Business owners who pay $2,500 for a Silver Sponsorship will receive perks like brand recognition on the trade event’s signage and being featured on the market’s website. The highest tier will cost $10,000 and includes an acknowledgment on the organizer’s social media platforms.
The marketplace will be held on Saturday, June 22nd from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The general public does not need to purchase tickets to browse the market, and registration isn’t needed.
