The RWJ Hamilton Center for Health & Wellness will be hosting an inaugural Juneteenth business expo in June.
The 2022 First Juneteenth Black Business Expo is an event that promotes diversity and introduces the community to hidden local gems. The organizer of the convention is America’s Small Business Development Center. There will be many vendors attending the show, and a live DJ will provide entertainment to eventgoers. Guests also have opportunities to enter raffles during the expo. Attendees must be present at the convention to get their prize if they are chosen.
Black entrepreneurs interested in sharing their business with the community can purchase a vendor’s table at the expo for $25. Those who partake in the event must be registered with the State of New Jersey, and all participants are responsible for setting up and taking down their designated vendor space. Companies interested in sponsoring the expo can pay between $500 to $5,500. Sponsors will receive benefits such as having their Logo Design added to the organizer’s website and being featured in social media posts.
The Juneteenth expo will be held on Saturday, June 18 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the venue’s conference center. The public may enter the event and browse the participating vendors for free. Entrepreneurs who sign up for the expo are limited to one table per space.
