Hamilton class to teach empowering defensive techniques

Penn Medicine Princeton Health Community Wellness will be organizing a women’s self-defense course in Hamilton, taught by R.A.D. Systems.

Self-Defense for Women: Personal Empowerment Safety Program is a class where attendees can learn helpful techniques for protecting themselves from harmful situations. The instructor for the course will use a combination of lectures and safety drills to teach participants about physical defense techniques. The lessons will be open to all women, regardless of their age or level of physical ability. All attendees are asked to wear sneakers and comfortable clothing to each class.
