The Back the Blue 4x4 Show will return to Hamilton in April to help financially support the Hamilton Police Unity Tour.
The 2nd Annual Back the Blue 4x4 Show is a fundraiser with several activities at Fisher Place in Hamilton Township. The event will bring together food trucks, crafts vendors, and musical entertainment. There will be games to play at the festival and giveaways for attendees. People who participate in the fest's 4x4 show can win awards such as Best in Show and the People's Choice award. The vehicle show will be open to trucks, overlanders, and jeeps.
The Hamilton Police's Unity Tour program takes place during National Law Enforcement Officers Week. The event honors fallen officers with a group bike ride from New Jersey to the National Law Enforcement Memorial. The money earned for the unity tour helps the police department pay for supplies like energy bars and sports drinks. The Hamilton Police sponsors a fallen officer each year and invites their family and friends to a dinner in Washington.
The jeep show fundraiser will be held on Saturday, April 27th from noon to 4:00 pm. People who want to register their vehicles for the events can pay $30, and discounts will be given to those who register before the festival day. Those who want commemorative shirts can pre-order their event tees for $25.
