Hamilton residents have been enjoying a series of summer concerts at the nearby Mercer County Festival Fairgrounds, and these events will continue throughout the month of August.
Several well-known performers have already graced the stage, and a handful of additional groups will be appearing over the next four weeks. These include the Yacht Rock Gold Experience, Tennessee Whiskey (a Chris Stapleton tribute band), Fearless (a tribute to Taylor Swift), and Men of Soul (playing songs by Earth, Wind, and Fire).
Those who wish to attend any of these concerts will need to purchase tickets in advance, or grab a season pass for $25. Parking is free, and the Mercer County Festival Fairgrounds are located less than 15 minutes from downtown Hamilton.
It is possible to bring along items such as lounge chairs, warm clothing, and blankets. Organizers will also provide on-site refreshments, although guests are allowed to enter with bottles of water. The park will open its gates at 5:00 PM, and all concerts commence at 6:30 PM.
Tickets can be purchased for $5 at the entrance, and they are also available online by visiting the official Mercer County website. Those who wish to obtain driving directions, or who have additional questions about the concerts, can contact a representative from Mercer County Park by calling 1 (609) 443-8560.
