The 33rd annual Septemberfest is taking place next month in Hamilton, presented by Hamilton Township Recreation.
There are expected to be artisans selling their handmade works of art and jewelry, vendors representing companies like Avon and Tupperware, small businesses showcasing their goods and services, and food concessions.
Nonprofit groups and political organizations will also be on hand to provide information to visitors and likely hand out printed materials. The deadline to sign up for a booth was August 7 but there may still be spaces available. Fees range from $50 (nonprofit organization) up to $500 (food vendor).
Plenty of children's activities and live entertainment will be on offer. In past years, the festival has also featured carnival rides, musical entertainment, children's activity zones, and pony rides. It is likely that many of the same activities will be available at this year's event.
Families from all around the area, including nearby Ewing, may decide to take a short trip to attend this festival. To help spread the word and boost attendance, local postcard printing companies often provide advertising products.
Septemberfest will take place at Veteran's Park in Hamilton on September 13 from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. Admission is free, but there may be a cost for some activities. To learn more about the festival or on becoming a vendor, call 609-890-4028.
