Workshop planned for Charlotte area startups
The legalities of launching a startup can be daunting, but an upcoming event planned for Charlotte can help to make the process a more manageable one.
Former business litigator and current in-house legal counsel for a financial market utility, Jason Idilbi will be facilitating the workshop. He will give the attendees the knowledge and confidence they can use in setting up and running a small company of their own.
A wide variety of topics will be covered, such as insurance for a small business, registering an enterprise, matters related to employees, customer and suppler contracts, and how to protect their intellectual property. A printer can create business forms that provide those who participate with the paperwork they need to keep their company running smoothly.
Idilbi will also be accepting questions ahead of time from those who plan on taking part so that the he can include the answers in his presentation. Those who have something they would like to discuss can send their questions to him through criseida@techtalentsouth.com.
The workshop will be held at Hygge, which is located at 809 w. Hill Street in Charlotte, on November 9, starting at 6:30 pm. It will run until 8:30 pm, and there is no charge to take part in the seminar.
