Charlotte residents with a raving sweet tooth are in for a memorable afternoon this March, as an annual festival will showcase the city’s sweetest circle-shaped sweets.
The 6th Annual Charlotte Donut Festival has nearly arrived in the Queen City, bringing together pastry chefs, cafes, and bakers from around the city to share their signature donuts with visitors and attendees. The event is being touted as an unlimited cheat day, with organizers encouraging interested parties to give themselves grace as they indulge in both unique and classic donut options.
The festival is presented and sponsored by VEG ER, with Save A Nut as the beneficiary of the funds raised through the fundraising efforts. Save A Nut’s mission is to raise awareness of testicular cancer and support young men battling the disease. Vendors and chefs who participate in such festivals can build brand awareness and connect with attendees through business card printing.
In addition to a wide variety of sweet treats to try, guests will enjoy live music and check out goods from local artisans on display. A cash bar will also be open, serving craft beers, craft cocktails, and mimosas for attendees.
The festival will be held at Norfolk Hall in Charlotte on Sunday, March 8th, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. Interested parties can reserve their tickets online for $34.02 per person.
