New cooking course to be offered in Charlotte
Cooks in Charlotte who want to sharpen their skills or just learn something useful are being offered an opportunity to sign up for a new three-night session of classes hosted by Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen.
The goal of the short course is to help give people new ideas about healthy cooking that uses ingredients that are sustainably harvested and can be transformed into something delicious and nutritious. The instructor for the sessions will be Chef Alyssa, who was formerly an executive chef and makes regular appearances on TV, where she hosts segments dedicated to cooking. She has also been the recipient of Best Coking Class from Charlotte magazine.
According to Chef Alyssa, the classes will give people an opportunity to learn new skills and then put them into practice. They will then be able to transfer this knowledge to all other areas of their kitchen work.
The workshops will be held in Atherton Market, and the plan is for it to be a smaller group setting, which makes it different to the format of its usual classes. A print company can produce bound copies of any recipes that are taught, so that the participants will be able to refer back to them when they try them at home.
The sessions will be held from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm starting on February 2. Anyone who would like more information is invited to visit ChefAlyssasKitchen.com
