Estate throws party in honor of Fathers Day
This month, fathers can spend time with their families at a special lawn party at the VanLandingham Estate in Charlotte.
For $12 per person, guests can enjoy barbecue fare, live entertainment, and a relaxing atmosphere. Individuals are invited to bring their own blankets, chairs, and even their dogs. Coolers are not allowed but, for an additional charge, a brewery will be providing beer.
Built in the early 1900s, the estate boasts five acres of lush grounds and has had several different owners through the years. Currently, the ‘Unique Southern Estates’ owns the property. Due to its southern charm and beauty, the estate is used for social gatherings such as weddings, business meetings, luncheons, and special dinners. Catering is available for both business and social events.
The historic establishment has overnight guest accommodations with decorated rooms. The bed and breakfast has special packages for romance and will also take personal requests to customize a visit.
