Charlotte residents invited to March into spring
After a long winter, it’s time for spring in Charlotte, and the Southern Spring Home and Garden Show provides it with a warm welcome.
This is the 56th year for this annual event, and it gives the public a chance to come in and browse through flower filled gardens, exhibits, and displays from landscapers, interior decorators and designers, builders, and more, all under one roof.
The theme for this year’s show is World of Spring, and those who will be participating have taken this to heart. There will be 18 gardens to stroll through and enjoy, as well as six rooms that have been specially designed just for the event. There will also be opportunities to attend different workshops, sample gourmet foods and wines, speak with experts in a variety of home and landscape décor fields, and learn more about how to include green living choices in one’s daily life. Those who set up displays at functions such as this can use presentation folders to provide more information to those who request it.
