Charlotte celebration to tempt area foodies
An event that may be highly anticipated by Charlotte gourmets is scheduled to hit the community this fall, promising to give local culinary artists a chance to show off their talents.
Truist Field will serve as the location for this year's Taste of Charlotte Festival, and this new location has plenty of room for all the fun on tap. It is the largest festival planned for the Uptown district this year, and all ages are welcome.
The function will bring the city’s food service community together, and the public will be invited to sample all they have on offer. This will be accompanied by live music and their entertainment. The food tastings may be purchased through the use of festival coins, and these will be sold at kiosks that will be set up throughout the grounds. Attendance itself is free.
