A Charlotte brewery has made a popular cocktail the star of an event it has planned for this June, and it will offer a variety of twists on the traditional mimosa recipe.
A traditional mimosa is crafted using orange juice and champagne, and is often enjoyed along with brunch or other late morning fare. The Unknown Brewing Company has planned a casual afternoon celebration at its South Mint Street location themed around this favorite.
Attendees will be treated to five hours of cocktails and shopping, along with music and other entertainment, and unlimited tastings of different flavors of mimosa will be on offer to all the guests.
Along with the cocktails and activities, a selection of food trucks will be parked on site so the crowd can enjoy a bite to eat along with their drinks. A special VIP ticket option will be for for those who would like the ultimate mimosa experience. VIP pass holders will be allowed to enter one hour ahead of the general admission guests, and they will also be offered tastings of special mimosa flavors, along with catered food.
