Disc golf enthusiasts will want to refrain from making plans next month, as a disc golf championship is set to be held in Charlotte.
The 2024 Disc Golf Pro Tour Championship is around the corner, and amateur disc golf players and fans from around the Charlotte region will want to attend to see who is crowned champion. The event, presented by Barbasol, will be held over the course of four days, and interested parties will have several ticket options to choose from.
Attendees are asked to arrive at the disc golf course no later than 8:00 AM to catch all the day’s events. VIP tickets will provide spectators with an opportunity to follow a specific card, though these ticketholders will need to arrive at Hole 1 ten minutes before tee time. Banner printing is a fantastic way to promote event sponsors while awarding champions with their prizes at such events.
No flash photography will be permitted at the championship, and any attendees caught breaking the rule will be promptly removed from the premises. Live streaming is also banned. No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed, though vendors will be on hand with refreshments.
Nevin Community Park will host the disc golf championships starting on Thursday, October 17th, and ending on Sunday, October 20th. General admission tickets cost $15 online, and children ten and under enter free.
