Crescent Resources changes name to Crescent Communities

A real estate firm located in Charlotte has recently adopted a new name.

The real estate development and investment company formerly known as Crescent Resources will now be referred to as Crescent Communities. The company states that the name change was made:

“…to reflect its commitment to community building in all of its multifamily, residential, commercial and land management activities.”

The name was used previously with the company’s residential developments, but now will be used to represent the corporation. Todd Mansfield, CEO for Crescent, recently stated in a news release:

“Everything we do today is focused on how the communities we build affect the quality of people’s lives, whether it’s a home or an apartment for a growing family, an office building for an entrepreneurial company or properties for retailers, hotels and resorts.”

When corporations or companies make name changes or other adjustments to their branding and advertising image, such as logo changes, vision statements, or tagline adjustments, a variety of printing services are likely to be required in order to reflect those changes. All documents containing old information will need to be updated with the new image. Business card printing, postcard printing and other such services are likely to be needed, and brochure printers could also be required to make changes to informational pamphlets or advertising Brochures.

Crescent Communities has not just adopted a new corporate name. The company has also changed its logo and added a vision statement, which reads ‘Build community. Better people’s lives’.
