For many people, attending their prom was a rite of passage that paid a fond farewell to their high school days. A gathering is being organized for Charlotte's couples and singles that will seek to recapture the festive feel of this type of event.
The guests at the adult prom will be treated to a function that will have the look and feel of a prom. Food will be on offer, and since it's an adults only occasion, drinks will be served. A photographer will be on hand to take professional pictures that the attendees can save as a keepsake of the evening, and there will be lots of other excitement on offer as well.
Both the men and ladies are asked to leave their jeans and sneakers at home and come dressed in formal attire. Just like back in their high school days, a prom king and queen will be chosen, and awards will be presented to the best dressed man and woman.
