Charlotte set to host family expo

Charlotte families are set to enjoy a special event that will connect them with a wide range of products, services, and supports on offer for them right in their home community.

This year will mark the fifth anniversary of the Charlotte Area Kids Expo, which is a presentation of the Med Spa at Matthews Internal Medicine. Admission is free, and it should offer something to families and attendees as young as teenagers.

The function is set up to be a one-stop shopping experience, and while the parents browse, meet vendors, and gather information, the kids will be invited to interact with costumed characters, have their faces painted, watch a performance, and visit the photo booth. There will be a special play area for the younger guests, while the older kids can head to the activity zone with fun geared to their age group.

Charlotte businesses and organizations that would like to be a part of this community expo are asked to contact the organizers at info@touchofmagicevents.com. Those who choose to set up shop for a day like this will be able to distribute Business Cards and other promotional materials to the crowd.

The event will welcome one and all on August 1 at 240 Chestnut Parkway in Indian Trail. The doors will be open to the public from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.
