Charlotte fundraiser to put new spin on bingo

Those who think of bingo as a dull and old-fashioned game are invited to be part of a Charlotte function that will turn that notion on its head.

While Bippity Boppity Bingo may be all about having fun, it also has a higher goal. It will help to fund the HIV supports and services provided by RAIN, and to date, it has raised more than $1.

The event will be bingo interspersed with dance routines, jokes, and other entertainment, and is entirely for fun, with no prizes available. General admission tickets are on offer, and there are also options for anyone who would like to reserve a table. The fundraiser will be taking place at the Richardson Ballroom at the Charlotte Convention Center.

Organizers of events like this often want the attendees to know how their contribution is making a difference. A brochure printing company can prepare materials to distribute that give more information about how a group uses donations, and these may be printed in a variety of styles.

This evening of laughter in support of combating HIV will be held on Saturday, November 13. The doors for the function will open to ticket holders at 5:00 pm. The event has a Facebook page where people can find tickets, express their interest in attending, and keep up to date with plans. https://www.facebook.com/events/770433633820218
