An event has been planned for Charlotte that will give those who are sensitive to gluten and other allergens, and also those who prepare gluten free dishes, a chance to learn more about the options available to them in the local area.
The Charlotte Gluten and Allergen Free Wellness Event will feature exhibits and displays from area businesses and services providers that specialize in preparing food and supplying ingredients for people who have food allergies or sensitivities. Those who attend the show will have a chance to try free samples of a wide assortment of products. There will also be free informative presentations by member of the area’s gluten free community.
