Italy is well known for its cuisine, and a Charlotte festival that will bring a taste of the ‘Bel Paese’ to the city has been planned, and it will feature dishes prepared by some of its top chefs and eateries
For an early bird ticket price of $95, guests at Festa Italiana Charlotte will be treated to an all-you-can-eat dining experience. The beer, prosecco and other wines will be flowing freely, and there will also be a selection of desserts to choose from.
To help make the event family friendly, a special area has been set aside just for the kids. Here, they can enjoy an assortment of activities while their parents meet with area authors and artists, bid on items in the silent auction, or just relax and enjoy the live performances that have been planned. Those who attend this showcase of Italian food will also be doing a good turn for other members of their community. The proceeds will be used by the St. Anthony’s Foundation of Charlotte, which aids those with developmental, physical, and intellectual challenges.
