Two evenings of fun will see Charlotte adults get in on some trick-or-treating fun, where instead of candy they will be enjoying special drinks at an assortment of local watering holes.
During these events, which have been dubbed the city’s official Halloween bar crawls, those who are of legal drinking age and up will be donning their Halloween finery and heading out for a night with friends old and new. Ticket prices start at $11.99 for those who purchase theirs early, although the price will go up as the dates get closer.
Each ticket holder for the occasion will receive free admission to each location, and many of the bars will be offering specially priced themed drinks. Food may be available as well, and a costume contest and other fun are on the agenda. It was noted that if the crawl has to be cancelled, the participants will have their ticket fee refunded.
To help make sure the function is fun for all, the organizers will have materials on site to guide the participants and keep it organized. Print shops are able to offer maps, name tags, special glasses and other items to use during this type of activity.
The dates for these Halloween-themed bar crawls will be October 23 and 30. A list of the participating watering holes will be provided to each ticket holder ahead of the occasion.
