St. Louis to hold expo for babies and parents
Babies & Bumps will be organizing an expo in July at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel.
Babies & Bumps St. Louis is a convention where new and soon-to-be parents can meet with local vendors and learn helpful parenting skills. The expo will include classroom-style workshops on topics like the foods babies should eat and writing a birth plan. Attendees can also see demonstrations on how to perform infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). There will be a lounge space at the event for nursing and pumping, and food will be available to buy at the venue.
Babies & Bumps is an organization formed in 2013 to help parents connect with valuable resources. The group hosts several conventions each year throughout the United States in cities like Buffalo, Kansas City, and Nashville. Each event hosts a raffle to support local non-profits that benefit new and future parents, and each raffle usually has between 30-40 items. People may win prizes by visiting Jamie Grayson’s Baby Registry Lab during the conventions.
The parenting expo will be on Sunday, July 30 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. General admission will cost $10 per person, and premium admission is $20. Prices will increase after June 4. Companies that take part in high-traffic events like this may use banner printing to help their booths stand out to the crowds of consumers.
