Delmar Loop building welcomes tenant pair

The Tivoli Building, which is located in the Delmar Loop area of St. Louis, was recently leased with the help of Hilliker Corporation.

Hilliker added two more tenants to the building, which features the Tivoli Theatre – an independent movie house with three screens.

U-City Family Church, which holds services in the building, leased space in the Tivoli comprising 4,000 square feet for childcare services on Sundays, as well as for its administrative offices.

Another new tenant is Red Herring, an escape room adventure that is planning to open in early April. Red Herring took over 3,500 square feet. Escape rooms are a type of game in which a group of people is locked in a room, and have to use what they find there to discover clues, solve puzzles, and get out of the room. There is a time limit on the game.

Integrity, a current tenant that provides web development and design services, leased the entire fourth floor of the building, going from a 3,000 square foot space to one measuring 7,500 square feet.

Hilliker seeks to help national and regional entrepreneurs, and has concluded more than 10,000 sales and leases since its 1985 founding. It could work with Stationery printers to create Letterheads for the three companies that moved in, and make them a gift of Letterheads for their new offices.
