St. Patricks Day brings Coldwater community together
A St. Patrick’s Day community celebration is in the works for Coldwater, allowing area residents to celebrate Irish ancestry and culture.
The St. Patrick’s Day Celebration, which will be open to the public, is preparing to welcome guests in a few weeks for a cultural celebration in the community. The gathering will provide a memorable setting for friends and family to congregate and enjoy good food and live music. Interested parties are encouraged to wear green, and costumes related to the holiday are welcome.
The food will begin being served at 5:00 PM, and the menu will feature smoked corn beef with a side of cabbage, carrots, and a baked potato. Attendees wanting other menu options can choose from a half chicken or barbecue ribs with two sides. Printing services are an ideal way to display menu options for attendees at such celebrations and festivals.
The Funkles will provide music and entertainment from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with the goal of allowing guests to dance and sing. The Coldwater Elks are organizing the celebration, and interested parties can reserve a spot by calling up to March 13th.
The festival will be held at 47 Division Street in Coldwater on Saturday, March 15th, with the doors opening at 4:00 PM. The event is free to attend, and interested parties can RSVP online.
