ABC Challenge puts Coldwaters finest to test
Coldwater residents wanting to test their mental and physical limits will want to avoid making plans for next month, as a challenging obstacle course is coming to town.
The ABC Challenge 2025, organized by the Interact Club of Coldwater High School, will open its gates and begin welcoming challengers and spectators for a day of physical and mental challenges. The event, which is sponsored by The Coldwater Noon Club and The Rotary International Coldwater Sunrise Club, will be the last of its kind.
The organizers will welcome a new format for the 2026 version to keep fans and participants on their toes. Money raised by the event will continue to be donated to participating school districts in the area to support primary and secondary education for local students. Banner printing is a fantastic way to welcome participants to the finish line while displaying sponsor logos for increased brand awareness and goodwill.
Other area sponsors for this year’s obstacle course include Camping World, McDonald’s, and the Southern Michigan Bank and Trust. Attendees are asked to dress for the conditions and wear closed-toed athletic shoes for the best results and safety.
The obstacle course and mud run will be held at the Branch County 4-H Fairgrounds in Coldwater on Saturday, May 31st, starting at 9:00 AM. Registration begins at $35 per person online.
